Colonoscopy: Have your doctor refer you to a gastroenterologist to have a colonoscopy done. This is the gold standard test for colon cancer detection.

Don't freak out: Firstly, while it is possible to have colon cancer at age 34, it is very unlikely. Colon cancer is usually without symptoms until the tumor blocks the colon, and usually in retrospect patients most commonly note a change in bowel habits. See your doctor for a check up. May need referral to a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy to take a look inside the colon. Hope this helps!
