Unlikely : Chickenpox is disease that produces shallow blistering lesions in the skin.These occur in the top layer of the dermis and generally arise in the neck early before progressing to trunk and extremities. The average eruption includes 200-300 blisters.Inflamed lumps , located in your armpits are more likely a bacterial infection of the odor producing glands.Consult your doc for confirmation and treatm.
