I don't want to feel depressed anymore, but how do i do it without cutting myself?

Need treatment : Please see your family doctor to get a referral to a psychiatrist and a psychologist. You will need psychotherapy to help with this. A medication that i found extremely useful in decreasing the urge to cut is Hydroxyzine at a dose of 10 to 25 mg up to four times a day. Please act on this quickly as self cutting can become addictive and habitual. However, even in those cases Hydroxyzine works wonders. Best wishes.

Cutting: Meds and therapy together are your best bet. Get a psychiatric evaluation for what ails you, and what cutting means to you as well as anything else that may be going on. Then get a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to help with the emotional issues behind cutting. DO THIS RIGHT NOW. TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY ROOM OR DIAL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
