Do you have any ideas for staying healthier & to prevent any kind of cancer/cancerous cells?

Dr. Sean Williamson
12 years experience in Pathology
No smoking: Smoking is a major risk for multiple types of cancer, not just lung cancer, so avoiding smoking is a great step. Other factors include a healthy diet and exercise. Unfortunately not all cancers are easy to predict and some people who are otherwise healthy still develop cancer. One element that can't be controlled is a history of cancers in the family.
