Many types DBL BBL: Many different types of double bubble have been described . Most commonly this is due to placing a large implant beneath a small or constricted breast. This causes the implant to "peak out" from under the existing breast causing the classical double bubble appearance. Occasionally this can be improved with a dual plane dissection and radial relaxing incisions. Other solutions have been described.

Varies: Appearance of “double bubble” may be related to a variety of issues that can occur after breast augmentation surgery. Generally, this situation refers to a distinct "separation” of breast tissue from the underlying breast implant. In other words, the breast tissue and breast implant do not appear as a single unit, giving the appearance of the "double bubble". Revisionary surgery may help.

Double bubble: A double bubble occurs when the implant moves below the natural border of the breast. If the implant is too large then it needs to be exchanged for an implant that better fits your breast. The fold or lower crease of the breast has to be repaired with surgery as well.
