Get examined.: Any history of unprotected sex? Does it hurt/itch? Any discharge? How long have you had it? Sometimes these things can be normal, like an epidermal inclusion cyst, or sometimes they can be the sign of an sti. More likely it's benign because it's on the shaft, but when in doubt, get checked.
