Serious Rx: I'm going to assume that your physician has offered you topical and systemic antibiotics to supplement topical benzoyl peroxide, and that if you're female the oral contraceptive pill has been considered. It's time to get with a dermatologist for isotretinoin. It's not for the faint-hearted but is extremely effective.
