See a physician: Topical benzoyl peroxide, your best over-the-counter treatment, will clear acne only if it's confined to the face and even then only in 50% of patients. "pop" remedies (honey, lemon, pepper) are cruel hoaxes. Phone your personal physician now and make an appointment. Acne is chronic, serious disease and must be managed until it eventually self-cures.
