Would mederma help with post mole removal scar?

Many options : There are many scar treatments available now. The best is some form of silicone-either topical cream or solid sheet. The last paper i read that compared scar treatments had silicone as the best. Also it's cheaper then mederma and is sold at most major drug stores and online.
