?: Your chest is allergic to all fabric? So you have to go out bare-chested all the time? You cannot be allergic to all fabric. There are specific fabrics you may be allergic to like wool, silk, nylon. Read your fabric levels and see if there is any common fabric among those you know cause breakouts. Then try a different fabric. You can also take an OTC allergy pill or see an allergist for testing.
