Many treatments....: There are many treatments for keloids: surgical removal, usually accompanied by steroid injection postoperatively, low dose radiation, and pressure (usually for earlobe keloids in combination with surgery.) we have had good luck with surgery and steroid injections and that is generally my recommended treatment. See a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the option in your case.

Yes,see plastic surg: Small keloids can be treated safely with low dose steroid injections and your doctor may also utilize this option if the keloids are too close to each other and surgical excision ; reconstruction of all of them in one sitting may not be possible. Other treatment options include pressure, silicone gel sheet, scar care creams and for the recurrent lesions radiation treatment.
