A member asked:

I've been taking 0.6 of victoza, (liraglutide) how do you slowly increase your dosage to 1.2?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Victoza (liraglutide): Nausea is the main side effect, but many people do not have a problem with this. If you tolerated the 0.6 dose, you may be able to just double the dose without any problem. If you experience some nausea, you may want to do every other day 0.6/1.2 for a while until the nausea goes away.
