No: Casein is a milk protein. Soy isn't. But both casein and soy are common food allergies/intolerances. A good rule of thumb: what did your ancestors eat? If your ancestors didn't eat soy once upon a time, then it makes sense that soy may not be agreeing with you now. [also coffee/espresso has caffeine and is acidic, which may also be making your stomach grumpy].
