Yes: Some children get teeth very early. It is definitely possible.

Absolutely: Rare, but some children born w teeth. Other's don't teethe until 18 months. While 3 months is a little early, it sounds like that's exactly what your child id doing. Two suggestions: 1) have your pediatrician check 2) by 1st b'day make an appointment w a pediatric dental specialist or your family dentist...Don't wait until 2-3.
