Give it more time.: Often times bleeding in the mouth appears more profuse because there is so much saliva which makes it seem like you are continuously bleeding. Unless you are still in pain or unless your tongue is really lacerated, it will heal on its own.

Tea bag\pressure: Take a tea bag, and place it against the area where you bit your tongue and apply pressure for 30 minutes. Repeat if necessary. That should stop it. It may still continue to ooze, even for a number of days. If it is still a problem, you can go to the er or see an oral surgeon in the morning. If you have high blood pressure or are one anticoagulants, it might be more problematic.
