Acne breakouts: Acne breakouts are a complex source of patient frustration. There are many potential inciting factors some of which are controversial. In winter, most issues acne issues lead to drier skin. Drier air (creating drier skin) due to a lack of humidity is a common problem. Some patients don't exercise as much as well as drink enough water during this time. Speak with an acne specialist in person.
