Leave them alone!: Continuing to pick at sores and scabs just keep the skin irritated. Often the main treatment needed is to leave them alone and let them heal! you can use some vaseline to keep the area moist if it is very irritating. However, sores can also be the sign of some serious medical problems, especially if recurrent or chronic in the nose or other mucous membranes. Good to get them checked out.

Check it out: May be as simple as a bacterial infection shock could respond to topical antibiotics. See your doc to time out other options.

Stuffed up: One sided nostril problems usually associated with obstruction. A polyp would be most likely the reason. I would recommend you see at;t specialist.

Avoid picking: Avoid picking. The more you picking the more local trauma you might induce. You may need to see a ENT to see if there is something growing inside.

Sores in the nose: You need to apply topical antibiotic ointment into your nostrils four times per day to heal the wounds inside. If you suffer from allergies, i would recommend taking some allergy medicines and nasal spray to feel better. If no better, consult with your physician.

Saline rinse or wash: It is difficult to not pick your nose when it is blocked with dried mucus. Use a saline sprays and washes to help moisturize, try a steam tent over a sink of hot water. The is this product called aqualin that is a saline and glycerin that will hydrate the passages. Ck out youtube and find a facial sinus massage to help open the passages. I like acupuncture. Stay away from otc medicated sprays.
