Almost 0: Not sure what tests you have had, but if a monitor during your symptoms did not show ventricular arrhythmias, and your heart is structurally normal (echocardiogram), you have nothing to worry about.

Anxiety: This is the most common cause of sensation of racing heart in your age. Cardiac abnormality is always possible, but definitely less likely especially if family history is negative for heart dz.
