Why do i have a slight sore-throat most of the days? specially when i wake up in the mornings, though it goes away after a cup of hot tea.

You noted that you : Have difficulty breathing when you lie down ; unequal air flow through nostrils. If you breath through your mouth when sleeping, throat ; mouth may be dry with thickened mucus. If you have post nasal drip, fluids may accumulate when supine. Allergies could also be an issue. Or you may have congestion which lessens after drinking hot beverage. A medical eval. Would be likely to help differentiate.
