Yes: You can even be sexually active up to two days prior to ovulation and still conceive. It is far less likely, but possible for enough viable semen to last up to 48 hours to have fertilization to take place.

It doesn't matter: It doesn't matter is you get pregnant on the day of ovulation, day or two before or after. It is possible to get pregnant 1 day after ovulation.
