Stay Fit: Pregnancy is compatible with exercise. Stay hydrated and avoid high impact as your belly gets bigger. You may need to modify your yoga positions. Balance may be challenging as your pregnant uterus displaces your center of gravity. Remember, even if you pull back to adapt, any exercise is better than no exercise. Keep your doctor informed.

Find the cause: Provide your caregiver with more information. Headaches may be link to your diet, lack of sleep and postural changes. Fortunately, most headache medications are safe during pregnancy. Massage therapy and acupuncture may help too.
