Ovulation: Ovulation can somewhat be predicted approximately 14 days prior to the next menstrual cycle. So previous cycles have to be evaluated to determine this time.A definitive ovulation is only found if pregnancy occurs or an egg is actually seen to be released from the ovary during laparoscopy. Suspected ovulation can be determined by way of serum Progesterone and watching the follicle collapse after ovulation with ultrasound.
