How does your heart just stop?like when youre asleep. what causes that?is anyone more susceptible to it?

I would recommend...: Seeing your physician if you think your heart stops or is beating irregularly. The heart can slow down in rate during sleep, but it does not stop. It should be beating regularly between 50-100 beats per minute. If you notice that it skips or 'stops' or if you have chest pain, please see your physician.
