Depends: It could be contact dermatitis?It could be an allergic reaction to a medication? You could be putting something on your lips that are causing them to swell and form blisters. It could be a herpes outbreak on your lips or infection. I advise you see a doctor for an evaluation.

Possible: Allergic or irritant contact dermatitis can occur to adhesives. Patch testing may help understand the nature of this type of reaction.
