Help. i wake up and my lips are swollen, dry, but have water blisters, this happens over and over again. all i do is put vaseline on my lips?

Blisters on the lips: You probably have herpes simplex (commonly called fever blisters). This is a self limiting condition but its resolution can be expedited by using acyclovir if it too annoying and discomforting.
