What could cause nystagmus in a 21 year old whos healthy? i recently had a police officer tell me my eyes dont track properly and he thought i had a head injury

Thoughts: You can be born with nystagmus, usually associated with a hereditary eye problem. You can acquire it during an infection of the nervous system. You can see it as a side effect of some drugs. You can acquire it through an injury. It would be reasonable to sort this out with your doctor.
