Straight leg raises: One simple exercise to balance the quadriceps muscles in the leg are to do straight leg raises in the morning and evening. Lie on your back. Keeping your knee straight, lift your foot/leg as many times as you can until fatigue. Then repeat it on the other side. See if that takes care of the problem. Otherwise, you need to see someone who can do a thorough exam.
