A member asked:

I have hip pain after sitting cross legged, what should i do about this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See an Orthopod/PCP: To get worked up and a DX could be reached, so treatment could be started. I don't know of any connection between sitting cross legged ; hip pain. It probably relates to your profession or what you have been doing all day. A back or hip lesion could be responsible for it, ; I am sure your docs would be able to help you. Good luck. In the meantime, try sitting without crossing the legs.
