Unlikely: Suspect that it is more likely from bloating and perhaps air swallowing (uncontrolled asthma may at times cause that). If you don't have a family history of heart disease or risk factors such as high blood lipid, high blood pressure, or high blood sugar, it would be highly unusual for you to develop a heart disease. See your doctor to find out.
