I have lupus and my first pregnancy had complications. is there a chance that my next pregnancy could go different?

HARD TO PREDICT BUT: I is hard to predict and without knowing what kind of comlications you had with your first pregnancy. But as a rule if you had had complications from first pregnancy, you have to be specially obsereved for the same comlicationsyou have to discuss it with your OB docs and may need to be consulted by high risk prenatal care as well if indicated.
