Take 100mg doxcycline twice daily for folluculitis of neck. folluculitis cleared long time ago. doctor still has me on doxcycline. should i stop it? i don't think it's a good idea to be on it so long.

Agreed: If you do not have an active infection you should probably stop. Call your doctor to clarify.

Went to the doc for cold sore and enlarged neck lymph node. Its been 2.5 weeks lymph node still enlarged. Ultrasound says bilateral reactive lymph nodes. All blood work normal. Any ideas why its still enlarged? I think it feels a bit smaller?
