Orthostatic: Orthostatic hypotension. This drop is excessive, especially since your are having symptoms from it. You don't list any meds that may be causing this, so you may be dehydrated. Try increasing your intake of non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic drinks. Sport drinks may also help with electrolyte replacement. If symptoms continue, further testing may be needed.
