See ENT or allergist: You need to find out the cause for the turbinate swelling before you can treat it. Oral antihistamine alone does not decongest the nose but adding a decongestant (may raise blood pressure and cause insomnia) may. Best to consult your family doctor-ask for a referral if he can't help you.
