Why…?: It's normal for your clitoris to have a hood covering it. This helps to prevent irritation to this very sensitive organ. If you were to have this removed, you could very likely experience a permanent decrease in sensitivity over time, and might even find it difficult or impossible to achieve orgasm. I would not recommend that you have any surgery on your genitalia.
