I have not eaten anything all day and i am still not hungry at all. why is that happening?

Metabolism Slows: When you go a long period of time without eating, your body goes into "survival mode". Meaning it is receiving messages that food/nutrition is scarce and so it slows down your metabolism so that you burn calories more slowly. As your metabolism slows, so can your appetite. Oh, and i suggest eating and drinking the first chance you get! best of luck.
