Heart rate: Im more concerned about your heart rate. Maybe your md can lower your toprol (metoprolol) dose or just stop it.

Probably not.: Since there is a linear relationship between BP and mortality, this pressure seems ideal. However, since the therapy includes hctz, (hydrochlorothiazide) a diuretic, it would be helpful to check ones BP sitting and standing to be sure the BP does not fall with standing (this is more likely to happen when one is on a diuretic).
