Yes: There are many safe ways to whiten your teeth. The best and most cost effective method is custom made whitening trays made by your dentist and dentist prescribed whitening gel. Another less effective method is otc whitening strips. Don't waste your money on home remedies, whitening tooth paste, whitening gum, or whitening rinses...They don't work.
