Bladder neck incisio: Transurethral resection of the bladder neck ( TURBN ) should be a bladder neck incision in most all cases. It is often indicated for patients for symptoms of BPH with a small prostate gland. If a formal resection is done bladder neck scarring may occur. Sometimes TURBN is done for bladder neck contractures and should be best performed as an incision.
