Aspirin and safe sex: Taking Aspirin by mouth does not prevent sexually transmitted infections. These can only be prevented using abstinence or barrier methods of male or female condoms or dental dams. However, if Aspirin taken orally causes you to bleed easier, your risk of contracting HIV is increased. Make sure you are using lubricant with your barrier methods to prevent tearing of the condom or irritation.
