Maybe: If it's a doctor you're seeing for pain or other habit-forming medicines and use of marijuana interferes with this, then yes you could "get in trouble" with a doctor. Or if your job requires you to be clean of drugs, and demands a drug test -- which turns up positive for thc, etc. However, a doctor can't release your records without your consent -- unless subpoenaed by an attorney or court.
