Not usual associatio: This is not a usual association but unsteadiness or ataxia is an association. Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) stays in the body a long time. Thus if it is related it may take a while. You need to discuss this with your physician.

Yes: Dizziness and stumbling gait can be dose related. I recommend 200mg/day for people less than 115 lbs and 400mg /day for those over 115 lbs.
