Dehydration: You may be very dehydrated due to an upset stomach. Drink plenty of fluids and if you can't keep fluids down, go to a er or a quick care to be evaluated.

Possible vertigo : Unlikely stroke because unusual age for it. If there was a headache then could be vestibular migraine. Could be vestibular menieres especially if there was ear fullness, tinnitus, and hearing loss. In both vertigo less than 24 hrs. Also could be vestibular neuritis which is probable inflammation of the balance nerve causing vertigo lasting days to weeks but with no other neurological symptoms.
