No.: Following an induced / medical abortion or a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) ... It is hard to know when that first ovulation will be. I would recommend using birth control (condom, pill, something) until you have your first period after your finish bleeding from the abortion. Then you can count and use timing / fertility awareness method.
