Basal body temp: Drugstores carry basal body thermometers with instructions (your body temperature rises slightly right after ovulation). There are also oviulation test kits which are easy to use but expensive. You may wish to try a kit once to see if your body's signs of ovulation (clr mucusy dischg like egg white at mid cycle) correspond with the ovulation test kit's findings.
