Will tetmosol soap help with itching rash?

No: Tetmosol is a parasiticide, which works by acting against the burrowing mite Sarcoptes scabiei, the infective cause of scabies. Unless you have been diagnosed with scabies I would avoid this soap as a treatment. See a Dermatologist or Allergist to determine type and cause of rash.
