First thought is : Dry skin. Try applying a good lotion (aveeno (oatmeal), cetaphil, etc) when you're still wet from shower. A soak in a tub of tepid water w a dissolve pack of aveeno (oatmeal) bath powder can help a lot) run a humidifier in bedroom at night. Avoid really hot showers. Double rinse clothes.
