Unlikely: There is anectodal evidence suggesting the teething can cause low grade fever and/or loose stool. Not much support for a connection to constipation.

Unlikely: Teething does not cause diarrhea, constipation or diaper rash. It can cause a mild fever up to 101°F (38°C). Mild symptoms that gradually improve usually are nothing to worry about and may even be related to a viral infection or other condition. Severe or ongoing symptoms should be closely watched and discussed with your doctor.
