Unlikely in the sho-: Ulder blade, but chest maybe. You might have symptoms like difficulty in swallowing or repeated regurgitations, maybe loss of weight, feeling of a mass or fullness in the upper middle part of the tummy, or in the neck area---- depending on the location of the lesion. Best would be to see your pcp and a gen surgeon so you could be investigated ; treatment started, as necessary. Good luck.
