Bowel: Various bowel problems can cause lower abdominal cramping and should be evaluated by your dr. Ovarian cysts can cause cramping in the genital tract if they bleed, leak, or intermittantly twist. Finally, endometriosis can also cause pain and cramping. All should be evaluated by your dr.
