Need doctor's help! will liver failure cause dryheaves?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sometimes: Liver failure patients are often nauseous, but there's much more going on as well. If you've simply had the dry heaves, and it wasn't just from drinking too much, get seen -- it's unlikely to be due to liver failure but may well be a sign of serious illness. In liver failure, there is usually jaundice and eventually other obvious symptoms.
